It includes a pine architrave for windows and doors and the refacing of one new light switch and one general-purpose outlet. All glues, grouts, floor wastes, and tile trims are installed according to your choice of package.

Sancroft Construction’s bathroom packages are based on one entry door and one window to the bathroom, with a wall tile quantity of 20 square meters and a floor area of 5 square meters. Additional walls and floors will be charged at pro-rata rates for areas over these amounts. The wall and floor tiles are not included in the supply. However, we offer various wall and floor products at competitive prices, and in our experience, most people wish to choose their tile colour scheme.

Any changes outside these packages can also be adapted to suit your bathroom needs and requirements. Your specific renovation may require a doorway to be relocated or even a cavity sliding door installed. For the more extensive renovations, existing water and drainage points may need to be relocated to maximise the space of your bathroom. You may wish to add additional lighting and power requirements or even the luxury of a heat-fan light or underfloor heating. These and many other options can be discussed with the Sancroft Constructions’ design team.
