Sancroft Constructions supply a 10-year warranty for the bathroom in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Most bathrooms are completed within 10 to 12 business days. There may be a slight wait for the shower screen as this is custom measured after the bathroom tiling has been completed.
Yes, Sancroft Constructions are happy for our clients to provide their own fittings and fixtures for the bathroom renovation. We do stipulate that the plumbing fittings are from a reputable supplier and are Watermarked in accordance with the AS3500. Sancroft Constructions also offers some very competitive complete bathroom renovation packages.
After our clients have agreed to the Sancroft Constructions quotation, the contract is drawn up between both parties and the shop drawings are completed and approved. We than provide our customers with a payment schedule which outlines the deposit amount and the various times and stages during the bathroom renovation where payments are required. Payments can be made via a bank transfer, or our site supervisors will have a mobile payment machine for Eftpos and credit cards if this is a more convenient way of making payments.
Yes, Sancroft Constructions offer other building Services and have completed a number of other types of projects. We also do laundries, kitchens, general carpentry, changing of doors and windows and we also have a project management division that allows customers who wish to complete larger project as an owner builder, where Sancroft Constructions can offer a client-side project management service for these types of projects. We assist with NCC compliance, assisting with tendering and budgeting and day-to-day project management of the project if required.
After the shop drawings and contract have been agreed by Sancroft Constructions and the customer, dependent on the current workload, most renovations can be undertaken within 4 to 6 weeks of initial engagement.
No, most of the trades will be onsite from 7am in the morning and will lock your residence after they have completed their work. We also offer a lock box system were the clients place a key in a secured location that our trade teams know the location and code to. The key is placed back into the box after the day’s work has been completed. Our customers remove the key when they arrive home for the evening and can place the key in the box the following morning.
